Cancellation Policy

At YYZ Wedding Photography, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate the cancellation or rescheduling of a photography session. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:

We require a minimum of one week (7 days) advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of photography sessions.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be honored if the client provides at least one week (7 days) notice prior to the scheduled photography session.

Specific location meet-ups will be sent at least 24 hours beforehand, if you need any clarification or are unable to meet at the specific spot, we will rearrange a new spot to meet at before your allotted time slot. Please note deposits are non-refundable under the circumstance that you are unable to meet at the specific agreed-upon location.

Cancellation Within 7 Days:

If you cancel or reschedule your photography session with less than one week's notice, no refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling:

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request, based on our availability. If we are unable to fulfill what you paid for, we will reschedule you for a more convenient date. Please note deposits are non-refundable unless we deem the circumstance acceptable.

Emergency Situations:

In the event of a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending the scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable alternative date, subject to our availability.

Failure to Attend:

If you fail to attend the photography session without prior notice or consent, no refunds will be provided, and any future bookings may require prepayment.

Photographer's Availability:

We make every effort to ensure that our photographers are available for your scheduled session. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the session at your convenience.
